1. Microsoft Frontpage 2003 Upgrade

MDofPC was the best place online or off I could have shopped at. I needed FrontPage to create web pages. FrontPage 2003 costs $80-200 everywhere except at MDofPC, which was more than I wanted to pay. I purchased the Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003 OEM Upgrade download for $59. My computer is running Windows Millennium, it's not the fastest and to make things worse, I use a dial-up modem. The download was taking forever, interrupting and starting over. I told MDofPC and they at no extra charge they mailed me a copy of FrontPage 2003... the real deal... not a copy. They also sent me a link to a get a program that would allow me to download without having to restart every time my dial-up lost its connection. When I received the software in the mail, I tried to install it, only to get a error message saying that FrontPage 2003 did not work with Windows Millennium. I told MDofPC. They explained the incompatibility problem to me and agreed to send me DreamWeaver MX 2004 which I have seen sold for $250-400. After days of downloading, I tried to run DreamWeaver, only to get the same error message again, that I needed a newer version of windows to run DreamWeaver 2004. I could have screamed. I wasn't too sure if MDofPC would continue to help a third time, but they did. I asked them if they had an older version of FrontPage to go with my five year old version of Windows. They sent me the URL to download Microsoft Office XP 2002 Professional, which includes FrontPage 2002. I priced it online at about $250-350, but MD didn't charge me an additional cent. I felt sheepish about complaining three days later after downloading day and night and having downloaded only 16%, but I did and they offered right away to mail me a copy. Again, they did not charge me. When I installed the program and it WORKED I was SO HAPPY. Not only did I have FrontPage, but I had several other programs I have wanted: Excel, Access, and Powerpoint and the program upgraded the programs I did have like Outlook and Word, and gave me half a dozen office tools I have not even checked out yet. I was so happy, I did a little dance. To resolve my problem, MDofPC without blinking an eye ended up giving me more than $600 worth of software for $59. The folks at MDofPC are good people and will work with you above and beyond the expectations of the best business practices if you have a problem, they have the best prices. As you might guess, I highly recommend MDofPC

2. Microsoft Office 2003 Upgrade

Absolutely great service! I was able to order and download a legal, working copy of Microsoft Office 2003 (upgrade) that installed and works perfectly!! Saved $100 off buying the boxed version anywhere else. I was able to use their IM chatting system to ask questions before making my purchase. The person chatting with me was polite and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
